We visited the site 2 days ago and despite our several queries we have been told that this project will be registered as Farm Villa and that we will be permitted to construct about 80% of the total land area.
As per the understanding of our lawyer - the registry can happen as Farm Land, or Farm House or residential land or village abadi.
For the first time we have heard the new definition... if someone has data please do help....
